Madison Pacesetters 4- H Club

The monthly meeting of the Madison Pacesetters was called to order by President Caylin Luthi on December 3rd, 2025. John Curry led the club into saying the Pledge of Allegiance and the 4-H pledge. The roll call was “What is your favorite Christmas movie?” Roll call was answered by 35 members 2, cloverbuds, and 2 leaders. A quorum was present.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read aloud by Secretary Jorja Beeman and were approved by signing by President Caylin Luthi. The treasure report was given by Wyatt Hoag. The reporter’s report was given by Haddie Mae Seaton. There was a council report, and Brynn Roth stated that they had a meeting and officer elections were held and that the next meeting will be held in January 2026.

Ty Gaines gave his leader’s report, he stated that there has been a new rule enforced on Junk in a Bucket project sign up, they are only allowing so many. Ty also said that gavel game sign up sheets needed to be filled out. Ty Gaines wanted to also inform everyone about re-enrolling for a new year of 4-H. Ty also told everyone that we needed to be getting prepared for the County 4-H days. Ty Gaines informed everyone that the Madison School Paws are working on adding a Blessing Box to put on the corner of the Baptist Church. Ty stated if possible, please give.

The gavel was then passed to the Vice President Cooper Luthi for the program, Happy Birthday was sung to Howdy Seaton, and Colter Luthi (not present). Caylin Luthi stated that, “After the meeting we will leave to go caroling!”

The gavel was then passed back to the President Caylin Luthi for the remainder of the meeting. Kenyon Curry moved to adjourn the meeting by saying the 4H motto, and the motion passed. Jameson Bailey led the club in saying the 4H motto and the meeting was adjourned. The next meeting is January 7, 2025 at the Sauder Center.

After the 4-H club arrived back at the Sauder Center we all had a gift exchange and had a wonderful Christmas party.
