Joni Booth called the WELCA meeting on Dec. 4 to order at the Christ Lutheran Church Bell Tower Room in Eureka.
Six members answered roll call with a Bible verse. Sue Erickson, secretary, read the minutes of the Nov. 6 meeting.
Rene Wiggins presented the Treasurer’s Report detailing the Bazaar on Nov. 22.
Correspondence was a newsletter from ELCA and a letter from Oaks Mission.
The Bazaar that was held Nov. 22 was discussed and ideas were noted. The annual donations were listed and noted, including staff of Pastor, organist and custodian.
Each member brought a plate of cookies to enjoy with coffee; then shared filled cookie plates for shut-in members.
The Jan. 8 meeting will be led by Camille Frakes with devotions; Wiggins will provide the program and Erickson will provide refreshments.
