The Eureka Tornado basketball teams hosted their annual alumni scrimmages last Tuesday, Nov. 22 to kick-off the 2025-26 season.
Alumni members made the current Tornadoes work; however, due to the event being a scrimmage, scores were not kept, per KSHSAA regulations.
Eureka will officially kick off their season this Friday, Dec. 5 at Sedan. The Lady Tornadoes will kick-off action beginning at 6 p.m., followed by the boys game.
The Lady Tornadoes are coached by Shelly Hoyt, who is assisted by Brendan Ptacek.
Eureka boys will enter their season under first year head coach Jackson Oldham. Coach Oldham will be assisted by Pat Patterson.
