Annual Eureka Wellspring To Give Back To Community For 10th Year

As the Eureka Wellspring (EWS) enters its 10th year of sharing blessings with others, organizers are looking to change it up this year.

With volunteers declining, organizers are looking at ways to continue to share blessings in a quicker and easier method.
