West Elk’s Hobbs Named To SCBL Second Team Offense

Patriot Sophomore Brycen Hobbs was recently named to the South Central Border League’s (SCBL) Second Team offense. Hobbs was selected as a wide receiver/ tight end.

Hobbs was the lone Patriot to receive post season honors.

Those being named to first team offense included: from Argonia: Carson Vineyard; from Flinthills: Beau Hall and Mason Randall; from Oxford: Logan Gaither and Pearson Rush; from CedarVale/ Dexter (CVD): Cooper Criss, Royce Potter and Easton Cole; from South Sumner: Mak Blosser and Maddox Pond; and from Sedan: Jacob Darbo.

Others being named to second team offense included: from Central: Treighton Hafenstein; from Sedan: Lincoln Dowell and Will Adcock; from CVD: Jaylon Harris; from South Sumner: Coal VanZant and Colt Schmidt.

Those being named to honorable mention offense included: from Central: Ethan Ferguson; from South Sumner: Dalton Kelly; from CVD: Jo Gage and from Udall: Roman Arnoldy.

Defense

Being named to first team in the SCBL were: from Flinthills: Tripp Carney, Beau Hall and Taylor Carroll; from CVD: Royce Potter; from South Sumner: Mak Blosser; from Oxford: Xzavier McClamy, Logan Gaither and Pearson Rush; from Argonia: Carson Vineyard; and from Sedan: Jacob Darbo.

Being named to second team defense were: from South Sumner: Maddox Pond; from Sedan: Kohner Stout; from Argonia: Maddex Hemberger and Spencer Beck; from Central: Isaiah Williams; from Oxford: Tyler Brown; and from CVD: Jo Gage. Those being made to t h e honorable mention defense team were: from Udall: Roman Aronldy; from Oxford: Wyatt Gaither; from CVD: Wyatt Martin and from Sedan: Lincoln Dowell.

Special Teams

Being named to first team special teams were: from Arognia: Carson Vineyard; from Flinthills; Parker Sutton and from South Sumner: Maddox Pond.

Those being named to the honorable mention special teams were from Central: Breno Paz; from South Sumner, Mak Blosser and from Oxford: Xzavier McClamy.
