Lady Tornado senior Alaina Westerman received post season honors last week when she was named to Tri-Valley League special teams for volleyball.
Westerman, along with senior Laney Hull of Humboldt, junior Bryleigh Kieffer of Bluestem, seniors Emma Marshall and Grace Prince of Caney Valley and Brooklyn Newland, were named to the All-League Second Team.
Being named to All-League First Team were seniors Kimmy Combs and Dalia Johnson and sophomore Allison Stover of Neodesha; junior Kenzie Gaston of Bluestem; seniors Ricklyn Hillmon and Skylar Hottenstein and junior Lakyn Meadows of Humboldt.
Those being named to the All-League Honorable Mention team included: sophomores Ava Baker of Fredonia; Ameris King-Dung and Miah Smith and Kynlee Greif of Cherryvale.
