Greenwood County Hospital (GWCH) Auxiliary met for their monthly meeting on Oct. 16 at the Greenwood Hotel for the annual tea dinner and membership drive.
The club was visited by six guests.
The program was presented by Sonia Lemons, Director of Nursing, about “Stroke Protocol.” She explained the symptoms to look for and what to do when you recognize it is happening.
Roll call of 19 members were present.
All committee reports were read.
A drawing for two fall wreaths presented by the hospital were won by Julie Clopton and Helen Peterson.
The meeting was adjourned with the Volunteers Prayer. The next meeting will be held on Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. in the GWCH basement.
