Racing Wranglers 4-H Club

The regular monthly meeting of the Racing Wranglers 4-H club was called to order by president Hannah Perrier on Oct. 14 at 2 p.m. in the Parish Hall at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, in Eureka. Hope Perrier led the club in the flag salute and 4-H pledge. Roll call was name your favorite Halloween candy and was answered by six members, one cloverbud, and two leaders for a total of nine members present. Last month’s minutes were read by Secretary Lydia Mason. They were approved and signed.

Treasurer’s report, council report and Leader’s reports were given. The club had new sign ups for committees, project leaders and hosts.

There was no unfinished business.

In new business, officer elections were held. The new officers are Addison Westerman, President; Hannah Perrier, Vice president; Eli Mason, Secretary and Reporter; L. Mason, Historian; Alaina Westerman, Parliamentarian and Hope Perrier as Song and Recreation Leader. Leaders are Amy Perrier and Mindy Westerman. The club voted to serve the Dalebanks Sale lunch for a fundraiser.

In program, cloverbud, Hope Perrier, led the club in Herm the Worm. Recreation was cleaning the Church’s yard and flower beds prior to the meeting for community service.

The club adjourned the meeting by saying the 4-H motto.

Prior to the meeting, the club participated in 4-H Sunday at the Catholic Church.

They also participated in a community service project of cleaning up the church yard and the flower beds at the church.
