The Eureka Senior Center will be hosting a bake sale fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 1 to help purchase meals for seniors unable to afford meals.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. (or until sold out), during the annual Greenwood County Cattlemen’s Day event.
Donations for the bake sale can be dropped off on Thursday and Friday, Oct. 30-31 between 7 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. To schedule a time outside of that window, contact Jessica at 620-953-2453.
SCKAAA Nutrition serves meals Monday-Friday. Suggested donations for each meal are $5 for 60 and older and $6.50 for indivduals under 60.
Those wishing to pay or donate for meals using a check, should make them payable to SCKAAA Nutrition. Meals are served at 209 N. Oak St., in Eureka.
