Monthly Events Continue At EPL

Throughout the year, Eureka Public Library hosts various events to encourage patrons to visit the local library. Not only can you rent books, audiobooks and movies, but you can join staff for craft activities, story hours and even game nights.

This month, the Eureka Public Library will host the following: Banned Books Week

Come in to the library Monday, Oct. 6 through Friday, Oct. 10 for Banned Books Week! Come celebrate your right to read and check out the displays of this year’s most banned books!

Halloween Family Movie Night

Friday, Oct. 10 at 6:30 p.m. bring your family and friends to enjoy a movie with us! We will have popcorn, snacks, drinks and enjoy a magical adventure watching a beloved Halloween family classic! No registration required!

October Crafternoon Join staff for the October Crafternoon event on Thursday, Oct. 16, from 12-6 p.m. for a come-and-go activity. Those attending will have the chance to make their own spider craft!

Halloween Bingo Night On Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 6:30 p.m. come for a fun night of Bingo! We will have prizes, Halloween-themed snacks and fun! Join us for an evening of friendly competition and friendship! This event is limited to persons 18 and above only! No registration necessary! Costumes encouraged!

Halloween Story Hour On Friday, Oct. 24 at 4 p.m. come and enjoy a special Halloween Story Hour! The group will be reading a story, making a craft and having a raffle for everyone who comes in costume!
