The Top Hand Youth Rodeo Association (THYRA) held their final rodeo on Sept. 6-7 at Eureka Saddle Club Arena, with the annual awards banquet following at the Greenwood County Community Center (Eureka Downs Concourse Building).

Junior Girls - Londyn Wente, Abbyville Intermediate Boys - Hadley Schoneberg, Edgar, Neb.
Intermediate Girls - Dally Umphenour, Pleasanton Senior Boys - Lane Moore, Winfield Senior Girls - Myah Arndt, Emporia 2025 Year End All Around Winners:

Junior Girls - Londyn Wente, Abbyville Intermediate Boys - Hadley Schoneberg, Edgar, Neb.
Intermediate Girls - Mayley Decker, Eureka Senior Boys - Lane Moore, Winfield Senior Girls - Myah Arndt, Emporia Contestants won prizes and custom buckles for Finals Events and Year End Events. Around 90 kids competed throughout the summer at Top Hand in roping, rough stock and timed events.
THYRA also recognized a special person to the organization each year. This year a custom buckle was presented to Cory Stamm of Bucyrus for all of his help with THYRA.
2026 will be the fifth year anniversary for TPYRA. Dates are set: May 30-31, June 13-14, July 4-5, August 8-9, August 29-30 with a Rain Date of September 5-6.
A Team Roping Jackpot fundraiser for THYRA will be held on Sunday, Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. at the Eureka Saddle Club Arena.
