– submitted by Larry Clopton Greenwood County Hospital (GWCH) Auxiliary met for their monthly meeting on Sept. 8, in the GWCH basement. Roll call was answered by 16 members.
All committee reports were read.
The program was presented by Isaac Boone, owner of the Eureka Pharmacy, about the upcoming winter season and the availability of flu shots and that the pharmacy would be administering them to the community.
Members Julie Clopton and Shirley Boulanger were sworn in as Vice President and Treasurer.
The meeting was adjourned with the Volunteer’s Prayer.
The next meeting is slated for Oct. 6, at the Greenwood Hotel for the annual auxiliary membership drive luncheon at 12 p.m. Contact a member if you have interest in coming.
