The August monthly meeting of the Harmony Sunflowers 4-H Club was held at the fairgrounds. President Chason Gulick called the meeting to order. Twenty-seven members, one clover bud, and two leaders answered roll call. Last month’s minutes were approved as read.
Fisher Hobbs gave the treasurer’s report. Amelia Sheperd gave the reporter’s report.
The club leaders shared important state fair information and congratulated the members on a good fair. In new business, the club moved to change the September meeting date and location. The members also voted to reward each member who completes an officer book and/ or record book with a gift card.
The program for the meeting was completing fair tear down at the fairgrounds.
The next monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at 6 p.m. at the Eureka Public Library.
