Homer Clarence Alexander Jr., 75 of Climax, died on Wednesday, Aug. 13, in Wichita.
He was born on Aug. 15, 1949, in Wichita, the son of Homer C. and Dorothy O. (Douthitt) Alexander.
He was a lifetime resident of Kansas moving to Climax in 1980. He owned and operated Flinthills Appliance in Climax until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Norma Alexander; son Douglas Alexander of Eureka, one grandson; one great-grandson; and two sisters, Betty Golden of Wichita and Violet Buttrey of Oklahoma.
Cremation has been effected and a celebrating of life will be held at a later date.
