Four Madison Pacesetter 4-H Club members were recognized during the annual Greenwood County Fair as they made a clean sweep in the “Rate of Gain” contest for their species.
Colt Miller was recognized in swine, as his market swine averaged a gain of 2.07 pounds per day.
Kenyon Curry was recognized in beef, as his market beef averaged a gain of 4.24 pounds per day.
Carver McDonald was recognized in goat, as his market meat goat averaged a gain of 0.43 pounds per day.
Jameson Bailey was recognized in sheep, as his market sheep averaged a gain of .79 pounds per day.
All four were presented with a plaque.
