The July monthly meeting of the Harmony Sunflowers 4-H Club was held at the Eureka City Park. President Chason Gulick called the meeting to order. 25 members, five clover buds, three leaders and six guests answered roll call. Multiple bills were presented for thank yous, postage, Buyer’s meal donation, BBQ picnic items, and club t-shirts.
Cody Johnson gave the treasurer’s report. Updates were given on Booster club donations, the foods table at the fair, and project updates from leaders. The club leaders shared important fair information and dates. In new business, the club moved to pay the bills.
The members also moved to have a club lake day in August.
Vice President Clay Teter led the program. Camden Wunderlich and Gulick gave a project talk on archery. After the meeting, the members and families enjoyed a BBQ together and then swimming at the Eureka Aquatic Center.
The next monthly meeting was slated to be held on Monday, July 28 at the Fairgrounds.
