An 82-year-old man has died following a four-wheeler accident on Tuesday, July 8, in Woodson County.
The crash was reported around 7 a.m. Tuesday at 1263 Apache Road, about five miles north of Toronto. The location is also approximately eight miles west of Yates Center.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Clint Allen Tracy, of Toronto, was operating a 2016 Honda four-wheeler in a pasture while moving cattle when the four-wheeler hit a ravine.
Tracy was thrown from the four-wheeler and died from his injuries at the scene.
