On Saturday, July 5, the Eureka Lake Private Lot License Holders held its annual 4th of July Boat Parade to celebrate the country’s freedom. There were over 20 boats entered into this competition and over $1,100 in prizes donated by local business and private lot owners.
Five winners were chosen this year: 1st place, Daniel Williams/ Angela Rice; 2nd place, Larry and Julia Clopton; 3rd place, Kent and Christine Webber; 4th place, Jeff and Peggy Erdman and 5th place, Harry Sayers.
