Peony Health & Beauty To Hold Ribbon Cutting At Eureka Location This Wednesday
Peony Health & Beauty, a full-service medical and aesthetic clinic founded by Samantha Zimmerman, APRN, will celebrate the official opening of its Eureka location with a ribbon- cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 9.
Zimmerman, who was born and raised in Eureka, launched Peony Health & Beauty nearly three years ago as a way to offer high-quality, accessible care beyond the limitations of traditional insurance-based models. What started as a small telehealth service to help her family practice patients with medical- grade weight loss has since grown into a thriving MedSpa and wellness clinic offering over 100 services, including hormone therapy, Botox, fillers, and more.
The clinic currently serves patients in Burlington, Eureka, and soon Chanute, with telehealth weight loss services available statewide across Kansas. The Eureka location is open every other Wednesday, with appointment-only availability Monday through Friday.
Zimmerman began her career in family practice and is a board-certified APRN, with a BSN from Wichita State University and a Master’s degree from Walden University. She is also board-certified in aesthetics and specializes in hormone therapy. After moving to Burlington seven years ago with her husband, Blake, and their two children, Brock and Avery, she turned her growing after-hours practice into a full-time venture.
Reflecting on her journey, Zimmer man shared, “The biggest challenge was learning everything from scratch and taking that leap of faith. But the most rewarding part has been helping the patients the way they need and deserve to be treated, regardless of insurance limitations and knowing that I am making a difference one patient at a time with dedication and passion.”
Peony Health & Beauty is 100% owned and operated by Zimmerman, who brings both medical expertise and hometown heart to her work. Zimmerman is assisted by Caitlyn Sanner LPN; Shay Howell, Registered Nurse; Nicole Shetler and Tonya Casper.
The community is invited to attend the ribbon- cutting celebration on July 9, from 1-5 p.m. to tour the new Eureka location and learn more about the wide range of services offered.
