Monthly Events Continue At Eureka Public Library

Throughout the year, Eureka Public Library (EPL) hosts various events to encourage patrons to visit the local library. You can rent books, audiobooks and movies and join staff for craft activities, story hours and even game nights.

This month, the Eureka Public Library will host the following: Weekly Story Hours!

Every Wednesday throughout the summer at 4 p.m. the library hosts Story Hour! The library will read stories, play games and make a craft each week!

July Crafternoon

Join staff for the July Crafternoon event on Thursday, July 17, from 12-6 p.m. for a come-andgo activity. Those attending will have the chance to make their own scrap paper mobile!

Connie Mitchell's Retirement Reception Join the Library on Friday, July 18, from 3 to 7 p.m. for a come and go retirement reception for Connie Mitchell and meet and greet for the new librarian Annaleise Brubaker! Light refreshments will be available. Mitchell has requested no gifts be presented.

July Book Munch Club

Join the library for Book Munch Club Tuesday, July 22, at 6:30 p.m. Book Munch Club is a book club for persons 18 and older where everyone involved reads their own books at their own pace. It's a great way to meet new people, find new great books you might not have considered, and be a part of a book club without all the pressure! Feel free to bring a dish to share (or not) and come talk books with the group. No RSVP necessary, no registering! Just come as you are and hang out with other adults.

Summer Lego Day

Join the library for the final Lego Day of the summer , Friday July 25, at 4 p.m. Patrons of all ages are invited to come and create a Lego masterpiece to put on display in the library until fall!
