The annual meeting of the Babson’s Midwest Memorial Foundation, Inc. was held at the Eureka Jr/ Sr High School TAC Conference Room Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. Members present were: Troy Richardson, President; Linda Hendrickson, Vice President; Tammi Burtin, Secretary; Steve Spore, Treasurer; Madeline Dehlinger, Sharyl Edmondson, Karen Engle, Joan-na Mason, Dana Mills, Amy Perrier, Luke and Mindy Westerman. Others present were Greg Colangelo, CPA and Tax Advisor and Debra Burtin, Corporate Secretary. The 2024 annual meeting minutes were read and approved. Colangelo, CPA and Tax Advisor; reviewed the December 31, 2024 year-end Financial Statement. Spore gave a treasure’s report and reviewed the Babson, Braden, and Farm Bureau portfolio performances for the year. D. Burtin gave the annual scholarship report. The 2024 fall semester had 31 eligible students with 26 students requesting their scholarships. The 2025 spring semester had 30 eligible students with 25 students requesting their scholarships. Bryan Marshall was nominated as a new member of the Foundation. The Board members and the officers will remain the same for next year that includes Richardson, President; Hendrickson, Vice President; Spore, Treasurer; Burtin, Secretary; Irlene Huntington, Karen Engle, Dr. Michael McClintick, Diltz Lindamood, and Keith Ball.
