GWCH Auxiliary

Greenwood County Hospital (GWCH) Auxiliary met for their monthly meeting on May 5 in the GWCH basement.

Roll call was answered by 14 members.

All committee reports were read.

The program of May being Stroke Awareness Month was presented. Sarah Langston with the University of Kansas Health Systems was on Zoom and addressed how to monitor health by eating the right foods and exercise.

A quilt made by member Sue Erickson will be displayed in the Hospital Administration office through May and a drawing will be held on June 2. Tickets are available in the Gift Shop.

Certificates for Achievement from HVK were presented to Kim Fogle and Debbie Hill for 10 years of service and Dolores Ball for 20 years of service.

The meeting was adjourned with the Volunteer’s Prayer.

The next meeting will be held on June 2 in the GWCH basement at 2 p.m.
