This is the time to celebrate your friends and neighbors in the cattle business.
Ranching is easy when cattle prices are up, inputs are down, you have mild temperatures and the perfect amount of moisture.
Then there is reality, when times are tough, prices are on the rise, temperatures are extremes and rain is too much or too little – never in the middle.
Here in Greenwood County we know what it takes to get that steak to our plates and we appreciate the rancher that puts it there. The grit and perseverance that goes into the job; we salute you!
Long live the Kansas Rancher... because #beef it’s what’s for dinner.
