President Dallas Luthi called the April 28 special Madison/Virgil USD 386 Board of Education meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
Roll call was answered by D. Luthi, Jannette Luthi, Justin Isch, Amy Hind and Jennifer Watts. Also attending was Tammy Baird and Kristy Johnson. Ty Gaines joined the meeting at 5:40 p.m.
Watts made a motion to go into executive session with Board and Administration for 45-minutes to discuss personnel matters of nonelected personnel. This does not apply to general discussion about personal politics, but only about individuals, with the open meeting to resume at 6:18 p.m. Hind seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Watts made a motion to accept the resignation of Ashleigh Orton as FFA Advisor/Ag Instructor. Hind seconded the motion. Motion carried.
