The bi-monthly Greenwood County 4-H Council meeting was held March 31. It was a joint meeting with the Coffey County 4-H Council. 4-H Day Camp has been planned.
The 4-H ambassadors are putting together promo videos on Instagram and Facebook. Regional 4-H days were held and fifteen Greenwood County kids attended.
There are three champions and two reserved champions. There are several upcoming important dates. Small animal weighin is April 26. May 1 is the project and enrollment deadline for all 4-H members. May 28 is the rabbit and poultry clinic at the fairgrounds. A photography workshop will be held April 22 in Hamilton.
The next bi-monthly meeting will be held May 19, at the Greenwood County Courthouse.
