Members of the Sterling College’s Forensics and Debate team made a significant impact at the Pi Kappa Delta National Tournament held at Ohio University in Athens, OH, competing against 51 schools in individual events and 46 schools in the debate recently.
Natalynn Gulick, a 2024 graduate of Gulick Academy in Eureka, competed at the event and added points to the team score to help the team finish eighth in both Debate Team Sweeps and Individual Events (IE) Team Sweeps.
Gulick is the daughter of Chad and Kelli Gulick of rural Eureka. She is the granddaughter of Chop and Mariana Gulick of Eureka and Terri Hamilton and the late John Hamilton of rural Eureka.
