Beginning Saturday, March 22, the Greenwood County TEFAP will host their food distribution at a new location.
In a Facebook post last week, the group noted they were giving the distribution a name of “Caring Hearts Pantry” and sharing that their new location for the food distribution would be at 5th and Pine Streets, on the north side of the building.
The group will continue as usual with the drive-thru pickup. The group plans to have directions for the drive-thru pickup available later this week, as they were still working out the details.
There are also new eligibility guidelines for qualification. These guidelines, along with the drive-thru plan will be shared in next week’s edition.
If you are picking up for someone else, they will need to fill out an alternative pick-up request form for you to pick up for them. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
