Greenwood County Hospital Auxiliary

Greenwood County Hospital Auxiliary met for their monthly meeting on Feb. 3 in the hospital basement.

Roll call of 15 members were present.

All committee reports were read.

Isaac Boone, owner of Eureka Pharmacy, was the guest speaker. He presented handouts to members to sign and shared that his group went to Topeka to speak to Legislatures about small pharmacies and the cost of reforms is closing down many small pharmacies in Kansas.

Auxiliary volunteer hour pins were given to five members, Sherie Layton 100 hours; Shirley Boulanger and Billie Hanson 500 hours; Jean Booth 1,000 hours and Sue Erickson 4,000 hours.

The meeting was adjourned with the Volunteer’s Prayer.

The next meeting is scheduled for March 3 in the hospital basement at 2 p.m.
