The Willow Valley Go-Getters 4-H Club has had a busy month. For their 48 hours of 4-H project, they renewed the “Welcome to Hamilton” sign. They painted the background white and the letters black. The old wood 4-H clover was badly weathered, so they changed it out for a new metal clover which should hold up better to the elements. They had a club pizza party after they were done working on the sign.
On Oct. 16, several of their 2024-25 club officers attended the annual officer training held by the Extension office. They started off the evening with a fun activity to test their knowledge about each of their positions. Afterwards, they all learned about the different responsibilities of each of the offices within a 4-H club.
