The Greenwood County Hospital (GWCH) Auxiliary met for their monthly meeting on Monday, Oct. 7, at the Greenwood Hotel for their annual Auxiliary Tea Dinner. Guests included Nancy Horn, District Coordinator and Salley Emerson, Past President HVK. Also, hospital staff and kitchen staff who prepared a great lunch.
Roll call of 18 members were present.
The secretary and treasurer’s reports were read.
A beautiful quilt, stitched by Auxiliary member Sue Erickson, was raffled off and the winner was Tami Decker.
All committee reports were read.
Flu shots were given by hospital staff to all members present. The meeting was adjourned with the Volunteer’s Prayer. The next meeting is Monday, Nov. 4, at 2 p.m. at the GWCH basement.
