Seven students will represent Madison/Virgil USD 386 on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at the Greenwood County Spelling Bee.
Students at Madison held their district bee on Thursday of last week with Olivia Adams claiming top honors. Jorja Beeman was runner- up. Also advancing to the county bee are Huxley Bellinder, Lily Kingery, Gracelynn Stock, Molly Hurlburt and Ben Thompson.
The Greenwood County Spelling Bee will be held on Feb. 6, at 9 a.m., at Madison High School’s auditorium.
